About Jon Stephen McNiel
I’ve always believed creativity is most powerful when it meets purpose. My journey has taken me from TV studios and radio stations to real estate offices and high-tech pharmaceutical labs—and through it all, I’ve stayed true to one mission: turning ideas into impact.
I started my career behind a camera and a microphone—writing, producing, and directing stories that moved audiences. That early experience in media taught me how to communicate clearly, connect emotionally, and make the complex simple. Those same principles have guided me ever since, whether I’m validating critical systems in a $300 million pharmaceutical renovation, crafting marketing strategies that convert, or helping brands find their authentic voice.
